Doutora, especialista em gestão de sustentabilidade e reputação corporativa, trabalha há mais de 20 anos apoiando corporações e organizações sem fins lucrativos, na Europa e América Latina.
Em Londres há 10 anos, é atualmente Coordenadora de Sustentabilidade e Parcerias do Programa de Gestão Estratégica da Sustentabilidade da FIA USP Business School no Brasil.
Entre outros, Mônica acumula experiência como consultora associada no Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership e do Forum for the Future e também foi diretora de Novos Mercados da Alva Stakeholder Intelligence, para companhias Fortune 1000 na África, Ásia e América Latina.
Mônica trabalhou como Head of Sustainability na Danone (Espanha), onde instituiu e presidiu o Comitê Executivo de Sustentabilidade da Danone, desenvolvendo estratégias globais para o Grupo Danone em gestão da sustentabilidade e reputação. Palestrante convidada de várias escolas de negócios europeias e brasileiras (ESADE, EAE, UPC, UAB e FIA Business School).
Monica has a PhD in Sustainability and Reputation Management from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain) and Manchester Business School (Uk). She has more than 20 years of experience in senior, executive, non-executive and consulting roles, in Europe and Latin America.
Currently she is the Head of Sustainability and Partnerships at PROGESA, Programa de Gestão Estratégica da Sustentabilidade at FIA USP Business School in Brazil.
Previously, she worked with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Forum for the Future, as well as the Head of Sustainability for Danone Spain, where she created and chaired the Sustainability Committee while working with the Danone Group to establish its sustainability strategy globally. She was also Managing Director/New Markets for Alva Stakeholder Intelligence, a provider of reputation intelligence for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. She is a lecturer in several business schools in Europe and Brazil (ESADE, UAB, EAE, UPC and FIA Business School).
