Formada em Jornalismo, com MBA em Comércio e Exterior e Negócios Internacionais e pós-graduada em Marketing, Leticia Dorfman Palma tem mais de 20 anos de experiência na área de Comunicação. Leticia trabalhou com assessoria de imprensa para autoridades incluindo ministros e vice-ministros no governo federal.
Trabalhou na ApexBrasil (Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações), como coordenadora de cooperação internacional e foi chefe de comunicação da Waipa (Agência Mundial de Promoção de Agências de Investimentos), com sede em Genebra, na Suíça. Responsável pela estratégia de comunicação da Waipa, Leticia também coordenou coletivas de imprensa internacionais em países da Europa, América Latina, África e Oriente Médio. Durante esse período, organizou eventos mundiais em países como Itália, Argentina, Suíça, entre outros.
Atuou, ainda, como repórter e editora da TV Globo no Brasil e na Inglaterra, sendo vencedora e finalista em premiações brasileiras de jornalismo, como prêmio Embratel e prêmio Esso de jornalismo. Além do português, fala fluentemente inglês, espanhol e italiano.
With a B.A. in Journalism, an MBA with a focus on International Business and Foreign Trade and a “lato sensu” degree in Marketing, Leticia Dorfman Palma’s career spans over 20 years of hands-on experience in the communication field. Her most recent positions were as a press advisor for ministers, vice ministers and other federal government authorities.
Leticia has also worked at ApexBrasil (BrazilianTrade and Investment Promotion Agency) as Investment Affairs Coordinator and acted as the Chief of Communications for Waipa (World Agency of Investment Promotion Agencies), based in Geneva, Switzerland. Responsible for developing the Waipa’s strategic communication, she has also had the experience of coordinating international press conferences in countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. During her time at Waipa she spearheaded the organization of world events in countries such as Italy, Argentina, Switzerland, among others
Earlier in her career, Leticia had worked as a reporter and editor for TV Globo in Brazil and in England and she was acknowledged as finalist and/or winner of such reputable media awards and contests as the Brazilian Journalism Awards, the Embratel and Esso Awards. In addition to portuguese, she also speaks fluent english, Spanish and Italian.
